Organize your bedroom
Your bedroom is your refuge and your escape to the outside world. In fact, it may even represent your escape from the world inside your house! This is where you’ll leave behind work, bonds, and even when you get a break from parenting.
You certainly do not want to walk in this room and see the chaos and disorder stacked to the ceiling. It is important to get the master bedroom clean for you can relax … or simply close their eyes in a peaceful environment.
Begin by walking into your room and taking a look. What jumps out at you? Is it really crowded? Is there a cabinet stacked with clothes, magazines or books? The laundry basket tipping? No matter how big or small the eye-sore, take care of it first.
Make your bed, straighten the basket, empty magazines – everything you need. This will make you feel better and give you the motivation you need to spend the rest of your room.
It is logical to tackle any flat surface next. Your chest, headboard, a party or end tables, or even your cedar chest tend to build things on them because they are flat surfaces. It’s really easy to throw books, magazines, newspapers, and clothing on these surfaces.
